Rent Includes:

Resident pays individual electric bill, any cable TV/internet charges and phone bill.

Rental Terms:
A one year lease is standard. At the completion of this lease, each resident has the option to enter into a new one year lease or continue on a month-to-month basis with a 60 day notice to vacate. Credit and background checks will be performed. An application is available on-line and must be complete by each adult resident.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $300 is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.
